gooooooooood monday mornin everyone...wakin up early for a change...and 50 outside this morning..might just do a morning walk for a change...kept busy yesterday with outside chores and after lunch did 30 min on bike to no where...lol...did bother my knee some after wards, but thinkin if i ride every other day or so , then mabye it wont bother me so much...have to try it an see...dizzyness seems to be gone...chance of showers starting wed-sat...so that means cutting grass before thursday this week...grass is growin pretty fast right now..well...need to get up an make the bed...an weigh in ..im hopin for a loss, but as we all know you just never know about the scales and a loss...lol...have a greattttttttttt day everyone...
back from a morning walk...forgot how relaxin it is to take one early before most people are up an moving...hardly any traffic an everyone is friendly...or asleep...lol...
