Finally getting serious about loosing my massive stomach! All my summer tops are to tight and they are 2x. love this app. I am staying at 1200 calories. I know how to get plenty of healthy food in me and stay @ 1200 calories. my problem is that I'm so hungry at bedtime I have. hard time sleeping. I drink water to fill up but I really can't drink large amounts of water past 9pm, and I usually stay up to 2am. So I guess I'll be going to bed earlier.
