well this is the first day of blogging into my jornal. i have never done a online food journal before. so far today i had a bowl of cereal the honey bunches of ats and loaded up my big water bottle. that is all i ever drink is water. today going to go and work out hard on the elipticals and the other machines at the gym even though it is warm, windy and rainy outside. which is wierd weather for feb. anywhoo wish me luck!
