Diario de loosinisfun, 20 abr. 10

gooooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 50 outside...an tired...mowed grass yesterday and then had to rake the yard to get all the dead grass off it...wasnt as bad as i expected..guess im just in better shape..didnt take as long as i thought it would..an actually enjoyed doing it...lol...today is store day...weight is up but its all salt from supper that i was just to tired to fix a salad an instead had a lean cuisine philly and cheese sandwich...so simple fix today..lots of water an wiser food choices...tryin to decide if i want to go walking or not or wait till alittle later...did get over 9,000 in steps yesterday just from a morning walk an then the rest was just walking in the yard...i was surprised i got that many...almost 4,000 just in the yard...well..need to get my body up an make that bed again...an decide if im going for a morning walk or not...lol...rain is heading in...tonight thru sunday hit an miss all them days but more so on saturday an sunday or so they say...time will tell...we could use the rain...but not for 5 days...lol...well...time to get up an move again..have a greatttttttt day everyone....

back from my mornin walk..actually walked my usual route..my 73 min one...im surprised i got around that fast...didnt seem like it was that fast..seemed longer..but lest i went an did it...
