Worked out hard today; 5th 1 hour class this week, plus some walking on the treadmill, challenging myself to walk faster. Baking two different dishes for dinner tonight; I love having leftovers ready to make a meal of! I find I don't feel hungry when I stay busy, so I'm staying busy. Re-wrote one recipe to give it a different flavor; more pizzazz without adding much in the way of calories. Couldn't sleep last night, so I added the other recipe I'm making tonight to my cookbook, lightening up a recipe from allrecipes.com. I need to start packing! I keep trying on clothes without making decisions or packing toiletries; must focus! :o)
