So went for my 11 point Bupa healthcheck, most of it i knew over weight blah blah but its all good more of an incentive to get healthier!

so i found out;

BMI = 29.1 - overweight
Body fat = 38.1%
Waist = 106cm
Blood pressure = 114/71
Heart rate = 67

and some other stuff so my aim is to really get that down!

have another appointment on Saturday which is when i will get my personal training routine im excited :D


chuffed about the weight loss also slow and steady :D
