My dinner today. Extra lean ground beef and Chinese cabbage bock choy. I was surprised that bock choy is so low in calories, only 9 calories for a cup. It's like almost no calories at all. But with sesame oil and soy sauce it's delicious.

I have over 200 bok choy plants growing in started cups. It will take a few months for them to start maturing to be harvested. So easy to grow year around, inside and outside.. They will be good every day with lunch & dinner.
