Well it looks like somehow I have now added Kick Boxing to my workout fun. Not sure how just trying it out wound up being twice a week, but here we go! Any work out that has sweat dripping off my chin when I get done is a good work out to me!! So now it will be 1hr Zumba & 1 hr Pilates on Monday, 1hr Zumba and 1hr Yoga on Wednesday, and then 1hr of KickBoxing on Thursday & Sunday morning.
LOL..you'd think with all this sweating that I'd get out of this 8lb loop I am stuck in. Guess I might have to actually start riding my bike to work and/or walking the dogs everyday. Have to kick it, and break what ever wall is holding in the weight drop!
