I haven’t been on here for several days nor have I been tracking my food. Unfortunately had an unexpected hospital stay so I’ve been doing the best I can. Still in hospital but hoping to be out tomorrow. Trying to not make crazy food choices but as you all know choices are limited in the hospital! Keep up the good work fs friends!
