It's interesting how we change after a good time on a diet. The fear of losing all progress after so much effort gets bigger every time u eat something u shouldn't. I've been sick the past 5 days and ate some junk food, because food always makes me feel better :b and I'm glad to be back to normal tomorrow and continue my progress. It's something I had never felt. I loved it! Because not so long ago, I would eat whatever I want and give up on the diet again. But no, not today!
