Heck ya maaaaaayn! I veered off course for a bit, but I think that actually helps me in the long run. Glad one of us is staying the course keke 

@cjt - i just wasn't focused last week after that brutal crossfit..lol... but after a few days to recover i'm back... did really well with my cals yesterday... jogged yesterday and this am.. feel back... hope to get a chance to update my weight this week..! lol

r u into that crossfit stuff? my zumba instructor sent me an invite to an event they had on the beach this weekend. how is that? 

well the one i did was a free class this personal trainer gives on saturdays.. it was HECK!!! seriously lol .. i was sore for over 4 days.
