Right so with my losing weight goal going somewhat ok I'm going to up the difficulty of keeping calories down by upping my diet to 210g of protein per day this isn't so hard if I take two shakes a day which gives me 91g for 400cal leaving me with 120 odd to find with 1200 more from fish, chicken, eggs and turkey excreta it shouldn't bee too hard but I think it's going to be more expensive though :(
£11 for 18 = 9 days = £1.22 per day still way cheaper than trying to buy that protein in chicken form lol anyhow time to press play ;)
