Diario de texasdeb, 25 abr. 10

Was really tired and draggy today. Vacuumed, swept and sharked the kitchen, hall, computer room and front hallway. Did some laundry and some dishes. Found out by reading the Atkins forum that I'm not supposed to use Reddi Whip because it has added sugar even tho it has less than 1 nc for 2 tbs. Guess I'll have to whip up some good old homemade whipped cream with splenda. Fixed breakfast and lunch for tomorrow and going to go to bed. Not sure why I am so tired as I am continuing to take vitamins including fish oil with omega 3s as recommended. No headache or muscle pains, just real fatigue. Took an hour nap this morning but felt a little better in the pm.

I am still discouraged about little weight loss so far this week and no inches being lost at all. Only 3 days away from my weekly "official" weigh in and remeasurements. I keep envisioning a shrinking stomach, hoping the power of positive thinking will help me. My stomach is where the majority of my fat cells and weight are so I am really concentrating my positive thinking there.
