Well, I'm in the house again today!! I'm sure there are many of you in the same boat with this weather. UGG!! I have managed to get on the treadmill everyday at least, since I can't get out to Curves. Not only are both of my kids home from school today, but the neighbor called and needed my to keep her two boys for the day also....So I had to come up with a lunch fast. I made homemade mac and cheese and a double batch of chocolate chip cookies. I'm just sick I guess??? I didn't any of either. Here I sit with my turkey sandwich on light wheat. I will get on the treadmill when things calm down tonight. I also have to find time to study material for a food safety exam that I have to take for my catering business. Wish me luck!! Hope everyone is having a great day!! I better save a couple of points for a glass of wine later....

Weather here in Canada is not great either. Lots of snow coming down that is supposed to turn to freezing rain. Unlike you I don't have kids to see to so other than going out in the mess to store in a few minutes I can pretty much relax. Good luck with your course work and you may very well need the drink after a day housebound with 4 kids!!

Well don't let the weather get ya down to much. Yo do have the tread mill to fall back on, I know it's not the same though. 4 kids and you still made homemade mac and cheese and chocoltae chip cookies? I have 4 kids and they are lucky to get boxed mac and cheese! Just relax! Good Luck on your exam I am sure you will do fine.

Good for you for sticking with the plan even when your day has gone anywhere but where you planned. Learning to "go with the flow" and handle surprise situations are key skills to build and maintain that will help you in the long term. You're doing great. Keep it up!
