Diario de Kelly140, 10 jun. 18

Instead of doing a strictly liquid fast, I’m going to put a twist on IF.
Complete fast for 16 hours, master cleanse lemon drink at lunch and a respectable dinner.
I’m going to try for a week then bump back into regular IF.
Hope this restores my resolve.

I have to give you credit for doing IF. On that military diet I tried it worked but I was craving something, anything in the evenings. That's the bad time for me when I'm not busy doing anything. Hope what your trying works for you.

Evenings are my rough time too. As long as I have my tea and water in the mornings I’m ok with fasting. It always seems I get munchies at night. I was doing ok for a while as I was getting up early to go to the gym and in bed earlier at night ... not awake no cravings. But when I got sick I swung back into my natural night owl behaviour. Im hoping after the doc visit tomorrow I’ll be able to get Back into the earlier routine. Crossing my fingers :) How’s things going on your end.... closing in on that goal yet?

Hi Heather, I hope it works for you! I’m kinda at loose end with picking a regime at the moment. I’m going to bite the bullet and do three days food free (just lemon drink) then continue with regular 16:8 IF for a week. If that doesn’t help curb the night binges I’m thinking I may go back to my to my original moderate carbs three meals a day.

Hi Kelly. I've slipped back a bit. When I read your entry I stepped on the scales was up 2 lbs to 185. Been slipping a bit mid day and going beyond snacks to lunches. Now back on two meals a day with veggie snack at noon. It's a bit tough now it's BBQ season and I'm watching the family mow down on steaks, roasted potatoes, etc. and desserts. It only lasts a minute and then I remember I'm now eating to live not living to eat anymore. I hope things aren't serious with you and you start feeling well again soon. Hang in there.

Hey Rick.... I’ve been slipping too... mainly night munchies... partially why I haven’t gotten weighed lately. I’m afraid to see how much damage I’ve done :) I think the isolation has gotten me a bit down, combine that with not feeling great and bouncing around to find a regime that works fir me. Well, ima get brave this weekend (if I can walk) and just go for it. Vacation is coming up in 5 weeks and I know full well I’ll misbehave then. I’d really like to get my self control back and get myself centred before then.
