3rd progress weigh-in..41.3% body fat. Not a lot of loss, but I did have my freedom day the previous week so​ now I have a little more of an idea how much it can affect the weight loss.
90,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 28,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I've decided not to record my weight except for wkly weigh-in​s because it's too hard to tell how much I've lost from one wk to the next. I'm doing pretty good staying in the calories range. Going to try to eat more calories for breakfast and a lighter dinner and snack at end of day. Kathy said it's best to eat the calories when you are going to burn them off.
