“Carbs are the reason people get fat?”

No mate, it’s because carbs are so fu@ken tasty that the common person does not know when to put them down.

I used to think you needed to eat clean and watch carbs and sugars. I got into an argument with someone about it and he promptly set me straight with science. It's been 8 years and I've never looked back. Love flexible dieting.

not sure if joking or serious Chris, but just to be sure, where you’re at you’ll wanna try staying in the range of losing anywhere from .4-1lbs per week, not, losing 1lbs daily, to help keep things healthy and sustainable and consistent. 👍🏻

Well, I was meaning 1lbs of just body fat per week, On average. 1lbs lost daily can happen, doesn’t mean 1lbs daily lost is all/most body fat, water weight is easily lost daily in different amounts for example. But if you’re around 140lbs currently, than anything on average losing 2 or more lbs as a total loss per week isn’t just fat but also muscle. Unless it’s not a priority, then losing as much weight as fast possible can still happen, depending on what your preferences, needs, goals are.
