Big challenge "Lose 30# in 10 weeks" begins tomorrow. #WootWoot!

MY PLAN:

1) See "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" again.

2) Review my stock of hemp protein powder, apple cider vinegar, chia and flax seeds.

3) Make a REWARD LIST for every 10 lbs gone. (This does NOT mean binge eating all day or laying in the sun drinking ales all afternoon!) The list should be something that I really enjoy in the moment or buying a new top and shorts. Things that are fun to nosh on or buy, but not so bad that the next day it'll be hard to get back on track.

4) My 3 cheat days: A Popeye's spicy two piece meal on 6/30, 4th of July, and My Birthday August 1.

5) Get my organic veggies and fruits today.

6) Extend walks with my dog and devote time to do beginners yoga and basic stretches.

7) Work on getting AT LEAST 6 hours of UNINTERRUPTED sleep! (Try organic bedtime tea, YouTube rain and light thunder sounds, practicing deep breathing.)

8) Check in on the challenge every day. Be honest about my days and show up for others!
