The weight gain from vacation at the atkins hater house was not as bad as I feared but worse than I hoped. The worst part is I'll probably go through sugar/starch withdrawal again and be a wee bit cranky for the next few days. Team that up with the ear infection I think I'm getting and watch out all!!
