well so much for not skipping my cardio... I F*#@ up my knee pretty bad 🤦 I fall with the baby gate cause I wasn't playing attention if I even had the gate open 😑 but even though i cant do much with my knee I'm still going to do upper body workouts! gotta look at the bright side of things 😊

As long as u keep ur calories on check u will be ok. Weights would truly makes a difference in ur fat lose
