Diario de crabby Kat, 29 jul. 12

I am pretty sore from yesterday's Zumba. I did Aqua this morning, worked hard & felt really good. Everything about me wants to go to Zumba tomorrow except for my body, lol. Tonight was my Avonex injection which usually gives me flu-like symptoms the next day; if I wake up feeling good, I'm off to 9:30 Zumba. Monday is Zumba Gold which is a little less high energy; geared more to active seniors (in theory at least).

I cooked myself a great dinner dinner using super-hot salsa I picked up at Friday's farmer's market. Mexi-hot stuffed baby bell peppers & mexi-hot tomatoes & zucchini, tweaking a couple of my recipes & setting my tastebuds on fire! Leftovers for tomorrow, too. It's good to have meals ready on my Mondays.

Don"t be afraid to rest of you require it - muscles need time to recover sometimes, too.

I will definately listen to my body! If those muscles need repair time, they shall have it. If I try pushing, they'll scream at me & refuse to do anything. They've been holding onto water like you've mentioned before.
