I love meal prepping on Sunday. I'm on week two of doing so (as suggested by my nutritionist) and it is so much easier. My husband and I both work full time so just being able to come home and heat up a meal has made all the difference. I worked out 6.5 hours last week since I wasn't spending every night cooking! That's 4 hours more than my average. I am an advocate for sure.

I want to meal prep BUT need help. Like I think I am gonna start boiling eggs for morning breakfast. I do need ideas on low carb snacks. Help LOL and dinner is not that bad I am not working right now so is all good.
