Diario de sweetgirl, 01 ago. 07

2morrow i'm going to Boston,Ma and I'll be back Sunday night. I'm so freaking out ugh.... I know that i'm going to make some bad choices ( it's not gonna be easy with all my family around doing nothing else but cooking...). I'm thinking about eating proteins and veggies only and stay away from starches (macc& cheese,etc...). But i'm still a little bit worried 'cause me and my cousins were supposed to party all week-end long so I'm gonna be drinking a lot. Well anyway, we'll see how good i did or bad when i go weigh in on Monday.
P.S: does anybody have some advice about what i should drink and shoudn't?

If you choose to drink in the evening, don't consume starches during the day. Also drink lemon water to help with water retention. Also when I visit family and I know that there will be a lot of food around I chew gum or brush my teeth. That usually helps prevent me from snacking because some flavors don't mix with minty gum/toothpaste. Enjoy yourself and don't beat yourself up for slip ups.

Drink water or diet sodas.....if they are having drinks, just pour yours in a glass and no one will know if there is liquor in there. he he he. ;-)
