Bad girl once again at the end of the day. Well tomorrow is another day and I can do better. Started off good though. Just need to make it to dinner then Ill be good for the whole day. CHow for now.

Focus on the GOOD that you do. :) It's important, of course, to acknowledge when we stumble (I make sure to talk about all my diet errors in my journal as well), and that's when supporters step in and offer up the encouragement we need to brush off and carry forward. Keep up the good stuff, Brat!
