Oh yeah. I just had a huge bowl of cereal pre-bedtime and I am still on track for a good deficit. Love fasting and flexible dieting.

Have to agree with Rarecombo... this actually fairly disgusting sabotage. We are all here to support each other in eating healthy and losing weight. Really if you want to break out and crash and burn on this seriously unhealthy calorific pizza that is your choice.... but posting it on here is not encouragement or support of anyone else it is complete sabotage of other people's desire to change and eat healthily. That pizza must be 4000 calories and its actually sick looking, but with so many people struggling ... I have to question your motives in posting it here it really has no place in this community feed. And I have to question your motives?

Guess what starving yourself all week and then binging on this stuff is not healthy and you are no beacon of light in how to monitor diet and eat healthily that is really stressful on you body and seriously unhealthy you sound like a bulimic .
