Lol, short life because you indulge sometimes while remaining fit. Sure! The orthorexia nervosa is real.

Based on how you usually eat, it seems you budgeted your food intake to account for this food choice and you are making the choices for you and you alone. The idea that you are responsible for what other members SEE is ridiculous. Their malfunction is not your problem!

rosio19 I'm very aware of healthy living and eating. I have never been close to a weight anywhere near 200lbs my entire life. I guess binge eating is a comfort for over-eaters. If Chris wants to pile a tonne of grotesque unhealthy food in his mouth, let him at it. I am talking about his motives for posting here - to alleviate his guilt to get support? Why would anyone here support it?? Its unhealthy for his arteries insulin blood regulation heart to eat like that, and I guess over-eaters realise that's not healthy but that's all they know so they applaud bingeing. Guess what that is an eating disorder, that's what he described?? Its not healthy, and there should be concern rather that applauding for a man who eats like that. But all of the up votes are coming from people who were in the 200lbs+ range and I suppose they are uneducated in the damage this type of yo-yo dieting does to your health and your metabolism. It feels like you all thinks its ok to eat like that, rather than be a sheep and accept what you all like to believe, I will not be bullied into not saying the absolute truth.. that that form of eating is completely unhealthy. Check back in a year to see if he hasn't ballooned back up to his 200lbs again? Not to mention the health ramifications to continue to binge like that. Take care and read some medical information on it. Bless you all :)

@Bandrai, I dont think that Chris has a binge eating problem. If you look at his diet calendar, you can clearly see that most days his calorie intake is fairly normal. I feel like you are judging this situation by one post and not taking into account the rest of his diet. I think that saying that he piles tons of grotesque unhealthy foods into his mouth is a bit extreme and judgemental. People in perfect health eat pizza all the time, and sometimes people in terrible health eat nothing but salads. You cannot judge someones lifestyle by one picture.

I think it's worth saving up calories to "spend" when there's something yummy on the horizon. I saved up calories for a wonderful Father's Day lunch that included alcohol; not something I do every day, but a Bloody Mary fit the bill at that particular meal. I skipped breakfast and had a light dinner to compensate and stay within my RDI. Again, not something I do every day. If this guy wants to eat a pizza, and has fasted to "earn" it, then everyone clucking about it needs to head back to the henhouse and shut the cluck up.

@Bandrai all I read was judgment on ur post. let us be grotesque or whatnot, n u keep being perfect. Use that perfect, never obese finger and keep on scrolling 👆🏻👉🏼👈🏼☝🏻

@chrisw77, yikes! Who would have known you eating pizza would have some reacting so negatively. Eat up and enjoy. I had chocolate cake yesterday, but don't tell anybody, they may get upset. 😉 Oh, and please post that bacon picture!

Someone is upset. Pass her a slice of bread meat and cheese(pizza)that is somehow shortening our lives. That deadly combo. Lol

@Bandrai I'd have to say that denigrating a group of people based solely on their weight, implying or outright saying that those above 200 pounds are uneducated and somehow inferior to those who have "never been close to a weight anywhere near 200 pounds" in their life is MUCH MORE likely to sabotage someone than a picture. It's those psychological digs that stick with people. It certainly doesn't make me feel like you would ever be truly supportive of me because your post seemed like you really have a disdain for people over 200 and I've been over 200 since around age 8. Peace to all y'all here.

Plus... did anyone notice her starting weight was 167? (Posted weight anyway) dontcha think that could be considered “unhealthy” hence why she’s on this app? Hence making her a hypocrite? 🤪

What you see in others you see in you. 😳

Who knew that a simple pic of pizza would cause such judgement and hilarity. Geez, for entertainment, just tune in to the FS channel!! I have never weighed 200 pounds, eat healthy for the most part, but have indulged in pizza, ice cream and a few other "bad" foods on occasion. I find it hard to believe that a simple pic could sabotage someone's woe. How do you watch TV, read a magazine or pass by a McDonald's billboard without falling off the diet wagon?? What one person deems healthy, another will see as harmful. Occasional indulgences won't kill you! Geez, we're all gonna die at some point. Enjoy life!
