I can relate to the feeling. I've felt that way often. Especially the past year or 2. Seems like I stay at a high and not much keeps it going down. I try to take one day at a time. Most difficult is Friday night through Sunday. But now that I've started a 3 day fat/stall woe MTW It kind of helps keeps me in line at least during the week. But still very frustrating. Maintaining is a good idea and then maybe throw in a day or 2 during the week of following some plan that works for you. take care!
