Diario de Pattience, 21 jun. 18

I slept a lot today and didn't do my physically. I woke up too early and had to change my plans for the day because I knew i would be too tired. I got a few things done in the morning and got to sleep the afternoon but slept more than I wanted.

I spent most of the day cooking up 10 days worth of vegetables into my pasta veg sauce. This makes cooking quick and easy and i don't have to think about my vegies. I love eating spaghetti with veg sauce and either tofu, salmon or something else with a little parmesan on top.

I did two short walks with my dog today. The job of my dog is to ensure that i go out for exercise. She has to have hers so its hard to skip mine altogether.
