Diario de Pattience, 28 jun. 18

Today I had to try to make up for some misdemeanours last night.

So first I spent a good 3 hours doing exercise today, most of it quite rigorous. I was trying to work off all the carbs in my system and hopefully some of the fat too.

Came home and ate a low fat food. I knew i would need to eat a fair bit after all that effort and i hope to exercise again tomorrow. This amount of exercises isn't a sustainable plan but i am so behind in my weightloss goals that I just want to do a bit of catch up if i can.


Note: later on i ate up all the icecreams in my freezer. I knew that once i started I wouldn't be able to stop myself. Now they are all gone and I won't buy anymore and I am swearing off sweets until I leave for my trip In october.
