Diario de Pattience, 29 jun. 18

Again I had to make up for the bad eating i did overnight. So today again i walked up the hill track twice.

I weighed myself before and after and noted a 400g loss. I don't suppose its all fat.

I know this much exercise isn't sustainable so i just hope to get back on track and catch up so i can carry on at a more moderate pace.

I'm trying to keep the fat a bit low at the moment but if i 'm going ot do a lot of exercise, i know i need the carbs for fuel. Of course i only eat the right sort of carbs. I also need to avoid hunger.
