Diario de Pattience, 30 jun. 18

I had to take a rest day from exercise as last night after exercise, my legs felt a bit stiff. So today i just took teh dog to the beach. She loves the beach and its nicer for her though not as long an exercise session.

Food was good. Just two meals. I'm keeping fats quite low at the moment. I even have left the cheese of my spaghetti.

I hope the scale is down tomorrow.
