Away for two weeks for work, one week back just to stay in bed with the flu!! I try to stick to my diet but I just cannot get to the gym to weigh .... amazing how these life events interrupts the flow of things when you feel on top of the world cause you finally got the diet and exercise thing right!!!! Have to now get fitness up again and be more strict with the diet ..... amazing how we let certain things slip cause we feel sorry for ourselves being sick! Ai hope I am better soon so I can just get my programme back on track again .... feeling a bit helpless today, still sick!!!
