Diario de LSG417, 02 jul. 18

Got a workout in this morning, although due to time constraints, I only did 30 min weights, rather than the usual 45 -60 min. Was much more fatigued this morning when lifting (had trouble doing my usual reps). After some thought as to why, I realized I ate less than 1000 calories yesterday, which is very low for me. I didn't feel bad or hungry yesterday, but I'm thinking that may have affected my workout today. I always workout when fasting breakfast, I seem to have more energy under normal circumstances. I took both boys to the pool after a quick post-workout meal. Did plenty of swimming, so that made up for my time lost in my home gym. I've not eaten much today, calorie-wise, so I need to eat a good supper and hopefully have a better workout tomorrow morning.

I do it on the weekday mornings that I'm off and sometimes on Sat, if we aren't heading out somewhere. But on workdays, I need the sustenance. Sundays I eat a little something just so my belly doesn't growl during church, lol.

I eat protein after my workouts. Maybe I didn't eat enough yesterday. I think I was dehydrated, too.

Better idea to eat at least 2 meals a day - I know if I skip lunch, I usually overeat at dinner, I’m so shaky.

Sounds like your gas tank was empty..If your going out do your carbs..You'll be ok.
