Zumba wasn't quite as fun today; my knee hurt from the looooong drive to the airport yesterday. Traffic on 205 N on a Friday afternoon is not fun; 10 - 30 mph, some dead stop, and a few minutes of a heady 50 mph. My right knee does not like all that brake- gas-brake action. What should have taken 45 minutes took 1.5 hours.
Anyway, must get better shoes for Zumba. Something with less traction would make it easier to learn the steps. All belly-aching aside, I still LOVE Zumba!
It's great to have my partner back home. We have an outdoor birthday bash to go to this afternoon, & it's supposed to be close to 100 degrees out. We're not used to that here! My MS makes me heat intolerant, so I'll take a cooler of ice packs, a hat, & hopefully we'll just make a brief appearance. Mmmm, I'm so thankful for air conditioning!
