I’m at the frustrating time again. It’s been over two weeks and I’m not losing anything. My weight fluctuates 2lbs up then goes back down. I know this is normal but after almost three months you’d think I’d lose more, even a lbs a week would be nice. I eat relatively well for a low carb diet and my BGL (at home testing) is remaining at good levels. The inches are coming off, but I’m just not satisfied with this long stall in weight loss. Besides fasting, does anyone have suggestions? I’ve already tried upping my calorie intake for a day to see if it would trick my body, but it doesn’t it just makes me gain. 😢

I’ve been doing keto since April 23 rd and the weight came off super fast at first but like you and was doing the up 2 down two thing. The only thing that I did was cut out some dairy. It helped a little but then the scale has been moving since I’ve been doing 16-18 hour fasts. Good luck

When attempting to entice your body you must change your diet or exercise deviations for an extended period of time (I use 1 to 2 weeks as a rule of measure, in rare cases 3 to 4 ).....it will not work overnight..... as your body continually tries to acclimate itself , switch it up again and again ......Unfortunately no other tips just yet, but I must say you look fantastic !!!! Very sexy if I may say so..... WOOOO HOOO Great work, keep at it, your doing awesome. Good luck !!!

Look in your closet and select an outfit that you could not wear and see if it fits. Sometimes it’s not necessary what the scale reads.

22 lbs in three months is really good progress. you appear to be making physical progress too. This is a journey for a life time - remember to be kind to yourself and celebrate your successes.

Fantastic progress - use a tape measure, clothes and look at bodyfat% not the scale - the scale tells us little

Bottom line...Calorie intake vs. Calorie Burn = Weight gain or loss.

You look great and have made a lot of progress. I get impatient with the scale too so I’m not a great one to give advice, but the scale will move eventually if you’re patient.

I’m the same. I’ve hovered around 140 for a month now. Then all of a sudden I lost like 1-1.5 lb in the last few days. I’m not logging it as I’m afraid it was water and will come back with all the hydration I’ll be doing over the next week. Still nice to see the scale finally move. I haven’t lost many inches that I can tell. You look good :). I can see a very noticeable difference.

I am at a plateau too. I do go over my 1200 calorie limit but not grossly. I work out 30 minutes per day and I am working to increase that time per day.

I've been stuck as well. Very frustrating!

If your goal is a number on the scale, you are probably exercising too much / too high intensity; and over estimating the calories burned with exercise. If your goal is a clothing size and to be strong and toned, keep doing what you are doing. You may need to accept a higher weight on the scale. At my strongest, I weighed about the same as now. but I wore smaller clothes.
