Have you thought about what you will do when you reach your preliminary goal..??
I thought about it a lot... and I am within ounce of it..hum, I should celebrate..
Let's see, an extra large combination pizza and a pitcher of beer.. no..2 pitchers..Hum but wasn't that what got me to the point to start this to begin with?
I have reason to celebrate...as everyone here will have too...and it is tempting..

but , I choose to go back to basics... the basics of what got me where I am...

It is about discipline of choice..

I didn't celebrated, my goal weight was 110 but I still want to lose a little bit of body fat , what I did was adding 200 calories daily, still in calorie deficit but now I will lose slowly, maybe, I also added 30 more minutes of weight lifting, I was doing 30 minutes before.

if I celebrate it, I would eat the whole box of ice cream or my favorite fried food
