so...when you sometimes get caught up in a REALLY early morning drive and someone offers you a mickey D's breakfast sandwich out of the kindness of their heart....what in the keto hell do you do??? well ill tell you..sausage McMuffin with egg (no muffin) its only 3 carbs and full of fat and protein..I got a few weird looks and the drive thru lady asked me to repeat my order but screw it...LoL. iron will baby..
