Some things we have to learn by our own experience. Great to see you now choose steady, controlled progress. I've done my share of failures, and do not like how hard they hit back. I live in a hot climate, and find I need to keep the salt up to keep a steady course. Cannot recall seeing that as a recommendation from doctors, but for me it works. One of those things that made the experiments seem less bad.

I consistently avoid over consumption of calories. But I don’t avoid carbs 💞

i have mine set 200 cals below my actual goal. because i hate seeing the red (the color of failure) so it assures i dont go over lol
