Way over calories this time! Not going to worry about it since carbs and fats are close to the right balance. I'm not tempted by desserts now at our Sunday potluck dinners. I usually take deviled eggs and a salad of some sort so I at least have something that is Keto, and then I try to pick low carb choices. It gets easier now that I have followed the WOE for awhile, and also now that I have decided to chart my success by my glucose measurements instead of by weight. Fasting this morning was 136.
