Nice. To be honest, I'll be surprised if you gain much at that calorie level but you may as well keep it there and see how it goes.

Yeah, I have a pretty large deficit(~1500 calories) on 2500 intake so I can't imagine 2200 being much of a surplus especially when you have most of your day as resting when you probably are not. Also the fact that your RMR goes up during overfeeding. But let's be patient.

Yeah, you'd give yourself a headache trying to enter every single movement. You'll have to just stick with those calories and see how you're trending.

again not everyones the same, what works for you might not work for everyone, tbh for me tracking dailies better, cuz id actually eat too much in a day

@Chris77 - Seems like a logical thing to try. Don't be afraid to make changes and switch things up :) @finnedmonk12 - I eat too much also so I track daily. However, I agree with @Chris77 and I 'analyze' weekly. For me, 'water' is a real thing. I must look at my weight weekly to have any hope of 'seeing past' the fluctuations.
