Lz the trick is simple, u count 13 chips u set them aside and u put away the bag. U do not reopen that bag. No excuses u do not reopen it.

where is the potato's and pasta?? those are low cost items to add to your eating list. Lots of sour cream on that baked potato and bacon. garlic bread with that Italian meal. with Mexican dishes don't forget the refried beans and avocado.

You won't catch me eating that peanut butter..no sir, it has to be organic. p.s. Everything else looks great. hahaha

Haha Chrisw, Jokes on you brother..Skippy is one of the worst ones you can buy..it may say low carb but there's alot of bad ingredients in their mix..Wal-Mart has an organic brand that is excellent and cost less.

p.s. look for the peanut butter that had the oil floating on top..that means there's been no chemicals added and its all natural.

Seriously though...not worried about indigestion or other intestinal troubles? I look at this picture and Diablo's and it looks like fun at first but its the after that scares me off. I had a party day yesterday and yesterday was so much fun! Today, not so much. Heartburn, strange creature of the lagoon noises emanating from my lower abdomen....it ain't pretty.
