I eat basically the same types of foods as Chris & diablo weekly, no heartburn ever, no problems with indigestion or constipation, no bloated nasty feelings, then again I ensure to get fiber in my diet and hydration which also helps control those issues. but everyone’s different, so it just depends on the individual and what they can/can’t have which causes or doesn’t cause problems.
