I use LifeStyle food unfiltered ACV “ with the Mother” 

or Nature's Choice unfiltered acv with the mother ( from Dischem or Checkers)  

How do you use it, I bought some a while ago cause everyone was raving about how good it is for you but dont know what to do with it... do you drink it in water, cook with it or what?  

You dilute it in a glass of water, 1 or 2 Tbsp depending on your needs. I've seen some people add lemon juice to the mixture to help with the taste. 

For me I cant drink water without ACV, so my 2L of water a day has ACV and Lemon (sometimes). 

you may even add it to ur stews and casseroles, it blends all ur spices and herbs together to make a perfect taste
