Diario de jillybean, 23 feb. 08

I went running last night. Not sure how far I ran. I also did some walking. The wind was starting to get chilly and I'm having to train myself on how to deal with my asthma without an inhaler so I ended up quitting. I woke up with a horrible sore throat this morning as well as my husband...I guess no more affection is allowed with sore throats. Anyways, I was fine a little bit later this morning and was going to get up and walk but OMG, my eyes have begun to itch, burn and water, they are red. My head feels like crap...and I feel sure its probably just allergies since the wind has been crazy...but its killing me.
