I did the Atkins Diet for 3 years and learned how to make candies from nuts made with clear gelatin which bonded the nut style candy together or unsweetened bakers chocolate. Back then I sweetened the candy with Equal but nowadays Splenda

these are stevia in the chips, and I used Golden MonkFruit in the "dough". I think it worked out well, because its sort of a "brown sugar" taste that way

sorry, that link didn't work!! 8 oz cream cheese softened 1 stick (1/2) cup salted butter 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter 1/3 cup swerve sweetener (erythritol) 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 oz Lilly’s baking chips (stevia sweetened chocolate chips) Cream everything together in a mixer. I put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then take a cookie scoop and scoop onto parchment paper then freeze. I take one out of the freezer when hungry Calories- 139 Total fat- 14 g Total carbs- 2g Dietary carbs-0 Protein- 2 g

OK thanks guys, I would have been posting that link all day haha. If you mix it well, I think they do taste very much like regular cookie dough. I mixed it good, but even then, I get a waft of cream cheese flavor peaking though. Which just tastes like cheese cake haha
