Diario de cmd1013, 25 feb. 08

I need to really get on track and actually start running or even walking. i want the last ten pounds off but I have been so lazy lately. I have been careful of what I eat still but I have been giving myself more treats than I should. I did however do an evaluation in the SELF magazine on what is my "Happy Weight" meaning the weight I can realistically reach and maintain without too much work and it put me right at 143 pounds. I just do not want to settle for that I just need motivation to get started full throttle again.
