Diario de Keyishealth, 27 jul. 18

The official weigh in is today at 1pm. I did weigh this morning at home and it showed a 1 pound gain, no idea why as I have been really good all week. I wrote out my macros to study where I went wrong and all days except 2 were in the 1200 calorie range (the 2 were in the 1400 calorie range), all days the carbs were under 15 except 2 (the 2 were at 23 and 27). And I got some movement in.

I meet with my health coach at 1pm today and will do the weigh in and discuss this, but I am getting very discouraged. I went to a family gathering and ate nothing, I went to the beach and stayed on plan while the family ate what they wished. I feel like I'm depriving myself of junk (not really deprivation, it is good for my body regardless) and I don't get any reward.

This is just me spouting about and venting. We'll see how today's weigh in goes.

again are you testing to see if you are actually in ketosis?? I am glad you are dropping your carbs and calories that will help. some people have to be stricter on carbs and avoid all artificially prepared treats. and get real food, more keto friendly veggies, when I last looked at your meal plan you had very little in that department. print out or write out your daily food for 10 days for your health coach and I think I know what they are going to tell you. It is so important that they have all the details to help guide you in the right direction.

I think your calories are too low. And do you track your protein intake? If that is high it will effect loss with a keto diet. Just some thoughts. I am proud of you for avoiding the junk even when others around you are eating it. Be patient and try tweaking some things and you will get where you want to be. But up those calories! And up your fat intake! This should help. Best of luck to you.

and you did much better this week, congratt's on the upgrades to your plan! Adding the allowed types of veggies is a great improvement.
