May 5, 2010, Wednesday -- Yesterday was a good day. I went back to my food journal from a year ago to see what I had been eating that enabled a nice weight loss, and I saw that I was eating pretty regularly. No tricks. Just three meals, low calorie food. And I maintained a daily calorie intake of about 1,300 to 1,600 cals a day. That seemed to work very well for a nice sustained period of time. So I'm going to try it again because it's the only technique that's worked for me in the last year.
