I have lost just enough weight that others see it, and that feels great. All inflammation is officially gone, and that feels even better. But it’s been a month and I am now starting to go crazy when tempted with “bad” foods. Trying to get back up when I fall and gain strength to just say no. Also exercising a little extra when I slip.
