I am moving a little slow with this weightloss but I am ok with that. I am 3 lbs from my goal and in mt smallest pair of jeans comfortably. SO... with that said I can look in the mirror and not see that fat girl anymore. I was 247 at one point got down to 129 and felt too thin so I got up to 137-140 (that is my comfort zone)(I am 47) I was put on steroids and gained back up to 181. I was mortified, hurt,angry with myself, disgusted when I look in the mirror.. I am happy to say I feel like me again. I can be old or I can be fat. I refuse to be both.
